Design, for me, sits where human psychology, clear communication, and problem‑solving meet. I’ve always had a natural pull toward psychology and human behavior, so a lot of my free time goes into reading, observing, and trying to understand why and how the human mind works. That curiosity shows up in my work as a love for research, asking (a lot of ) questions, and continuously tweaking flows to make them clearer, kinder, and more efficient. My process is basically: think about it, talk about it, then do it, again and again until these ideas click into clarity. A good challenge feels like a puzzle I get to solve, collect the badge like a Pokemon move on to the next one.For me, good design is when a product quietly makes life a bit better, because the people behind it cared enough to listen, understand, and then solve.
